Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or contact form). You may use our return request form, but it is not obligatory.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• Tires must not have been mounted on wheels or driven
• Wheels must not show any signs of use, mounting, or damage
• All original labels, stickers, and documentation must be intact
• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products cannot be returned:

• Tires that have been mounted or used
• Wheels that show signs of mounting or use
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Custom-ordered products made to customer specifications
• Products purchased at a discounted price due to defects (clearly marked)

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@formarkin.ee or call +372 51 66 752 to initiate the return
2. You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Pack the products securely in their original packaging
4. Include your order number and return authorization number
5. Ship the products to our address or arrange for pickup

Return Shipping Costs

The consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product does not match the description on our website

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for pickup at no charge.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method:

• Credit/debit card payments: 3-5 business days after processing
• Bank transfers: 1-3 business days after processing
• ESTO installments: Processed according to ESTO terms

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

• Photos of the damage or defect
• Your order number
• Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
